Our most prized creation. An EVOO created from eight Italian cultivars, harvested in the first half of October — the brief window when the fruit reaches its fullest intensity. The result is a record-breaking polyphenol content that places Brunera in a class of its own, holding its potency long after bottling. From every 100 kilograms, only 10 litres emerge.
Tasting notes
Fresh-cut grass and forest floor on the nose, opening into artichoke, green apple and bitter almond. Long, insistent, unforgettable on the finish.

BRUNERA is an ultra-premium, gourmet extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio di Montalcino — the only olive oil mill within the Brunello di Montalcino appellation, Tuscany.
Sub-zero extracted below 0°C in collaboration with the University of Perugia, BRUNERA carries 1,200 mg/kg of polyphenols — six times the global standard. Olives are picked green and milled within six hours of harvest, capturing the aroma of fresh-cut grass with a defined bitterness and pepper.
